YOGA MORNIG VINYASA 7 AM CLUB

Good Morning Vinyasa with Breath work (Pranayama), Stretching to get our body in motion and warmed up for the remainder of the Yoga sequence. A Series of sun salutations, planks, side planks, standing poses, balance leg and arm poses, seated and reclining twists with inversions to help define your muscle tone, lengthen your posture correct our body's self awareness, while balancing our mind for more clarity and connection to divine source energy. Leave your practice feeling more love self assured strong and full of pure vitality. It's what yoga offers we should do it every day....
