Erin a e-RYT yoga teacher since 2014 is dedicated to creating safe spaces for healing through yoga, barre, pilates, massage therapy, fostering community, and promoting self-care. She will guide individuals in relieving stress through mindful movement, Yin Yoga, cultivating calm, and facilitating personal growth and balance through vinyasas. Our aim is to inspire self- love, body peace, and acceptance as they embark on their transformative journeys.
I am new to yoga, What should I expect?
Our classes are an opportunity to pause from the hustle of everyday life. You will connect with your body through intentional movement and breath. You may experience stress relief, calmness, emotional release, happiness, & improved rest. No prior experience is needed. All you need is a body & an open mind.
What do I need For Class?
Your own home yoga mats, blocks, blankets, & straps and a bolster or heavy pillows.
